Welcome to Celesteβs Beauty Academy! We are excited to have you on board for our Online Lash Extension & Business Course. In order to ensure a smooth and professional learning experience, we ask that you carefully read and understand the following policies before enrolling. These policies are designed to protect both students and the Academy while providing you with the best possible educational experience.
By purchasing & enrolling in Celesteβs Beauty Academy's Online Lash Extension & Business Course (through our website or via invoice/ pay as you go payments), you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
Celeste's Beauty Academy follows Australian Consumer Law in relation to refunds.
Please note that refunds are not provided for change of mind or accidental purchases. Course fees are generally non-refundable, and refunds for all Online Training are strictly not permitted, as students gain immediate access to course materials upon purchase. Additionally, student kits provided are non-refundable.
For health and safety reasons, and in line with hygiene regulations, Celeste's Beauty Academy & Serenity Lash cannot accept returns of student kits once they have been dispatched. Due to these regulations, the products cannot be resold or reused. If there is an issue with your student kit (missing item) please reach out to us.Β
In cases of extenuating circumstances, refund requests will be considered on an individual basis by the Managing Director. The decision made will be final.
